How to Track Your Order

1. Check Your Confirmation Email
   • Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link.
   • Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder, or log in to your Deerdem account.
2. Log In to Your Account
   • Visit deerdem.com and sign in.
   • Go to “My Orders” to see your order status and tracking details in real time.
3. Use Our Tracking Tool
   • No account? No problem! Enter your order number and email address in the tracking tool below to check your status.

Order Status Explained

• Order Received: We’ve got your order and are preparing it for dispatch.
• Processing: Your items are being picked and packed in our warehouse.
• Dispatched: Your order is on its way! You’ll see a tracking number and courier details.
• Out for Delivery: Your package is with the courier and should arrive soon.
• Delivered: Your order has reached its destination – enjoy!
